Abs Diet

I have started the Abs Diet again. Not the exercises, just the food. Yesterday’s breakfast was great – toast with scrambled eggs and jam. Today’s breakfast was horrible – a shake with warm oatmeal in it, but lunch was really good (a crunchy salad). I’m going to pick up the Abs Diet Cookbook from the library and see if there’s any good recipes there! After all, the wedding is in August!
