My 2013 Whole30 Experience

Whole30In June 2013, I decided to try the Whole30 elimination diet in an attempt to clear up some digestive issues and “clean up” my diet.  It was an interesting and challenging journey as I learned to cook with and eat only non-processed and Paleo foods for 30 days!
